Introduction

The Women's Cell of the School of Aeronautics, Neemrana, has been established to promote the welfare, empowerment, safety, and well-being of women students, faculty members, and staff. The Cell serves as a platform for addressing issues concerning women and fostering an environment of equality, dignity, and mutual respect.

The Women's Cell works towards creating awareness about women's rights, gender equality, leadership development, health, safety, and legal provisions available for women. It strives to ensure that every woman on campus feels secure, respected, and empowered to achieve her academic and professional goals.
